Vispa ihop äggluror, socker och salt. Rör ner dem i chokladsmeten. Blanda ner det i fördegen. Tillsätt salt, socker och olivolja, sist mjölet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rör bara så mycket som behövs för att degen ska bli smidig. Degen ska vara ganska lös. Mjöla lätt på ytan och låt jäsa övertäckt cirka två timmar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stjälp upp degen på väl mjölat bakbord utan att knåda. Platta ut degen till en rektangel med mjölade händer. Dela rektangeln i sex bitar till rektangulära bröd, som placeras på bakplåtspapper. Strö lite extra mjöl ovanpå. Täck över och låt jäsa på plåten i ytterligare en timme.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Värm ugnen till 275 grader men sänk till 250 grader när bröden har satts in. Grädda mitt i ugnen 18?20 minuter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bröden är godast relativt nybakade. "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.&lt;br /&gt;Smula jästen i en degbunke.&lt;br /&gt;Rör ut den med vattnet och tillsätt övriga ingredienser.&lt;br /&gt;Ta sist i så mycket vetemjöl att degen släpper bunken utan att kladda.&lt;br /&gt;Arbeta degen kraftigt 5 min och jäs den i bunken i ca 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;Hacka oliverna grovt och låt dem rinna av.&lt;br /&gt;Knåda degen kraftigt på lätt mjölat underlag.&lt;br /&gt;Dela den och kavla ut en halva i taget till en avlång platta.&lt;br /&gt;Fördela hälften av oliverna över och rulla ihop degen löst från båda långsidorna.&lt;br /&gt;Tryck ihop lätt på mitten. Under det knapriga mandelskalet gömmer sig smält choklad och mjukt plommon.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1. Smörj 8 små ugnsfasta formar eller en större form. Snitta upp plommonen längs den lilla fördjupningen som går längs med frukten och pilla ut kärnan. Fyll tomrummet med en liten bit mörk choklad.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Skär mandelmassan i 8 skivor och platta ut skivorna till tunna rundlar. Fuktar man händerna med vatten emellanåt så går det lättare. Dela degen i två bitar, rulla ut till längder. Jag blir helt till mig i trasan av choklad och denna paj. Ni måste testa den.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 ogräddat pajskal (som frysts) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;fyllning &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;140 g osaltat smör &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;150 g mörk choklad &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;salt &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8 msk kakao &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 stora ägg &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;200 g strösocker&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 msk créme fraiche &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 msk ljus sirap &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Det frysta pajskalet gräddas i 180 g ugn i ca 10 min. tills det är ljusgult. Blanda smör, choklad, en liten nypa salt och 8 strukna msk kakao i en skål. Sätt skålen i en kastrull med lite vatten i och smält allt på svag värme. Vispa ihop ägg och socker. Blanda i 3 msk crËme fraÓche och 3 msk ljus sirap. Rör ihop chokladsmeten när den har smält. Häll sedan allt i pajskalet och ställ in i ugnen. Ugnstid: 40 minuter i 150 grader. Tillsätt smör, äggulorna, mjölk, salt och vaniljsocker. Rör samman blandningen. Vispa upp äggvitorna lätt och blanda i degen tills degen är slät och ser ut som vispgrädde. Täck degen och låt den vila på en varm plats utan drag i 35 - 40 minuter (eller upp till en timme). Baka våfflorn i ett järn, utan för hög värme i 3 - 5 minuter tills de är gyllenbruna. Fördela i 6 st stora muffinsformar (amerikansk storlek) eller i en vanlig springform, smord och bröad, lämpligen med kakao. Tryck ner en liten näve frysta hallon i varje form eller några rejäla i en hel kaka. Grädda i 175 grader i 20-30 minuter, beroende på vilken kladdgrad som önskas, och på vilken form som används. Degen ska vara lagom lös.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Stjälp up i en brödform och jäs upp till kanten. Strö rågmjöl över.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Värm ugnen till 250 grader. (tyvärr)&lt;/div&gt;2 stycken&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 dl vetemjöl special med fullkorn&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 ½ tsk torrjäst&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 dl vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;½ dl hackade hasselnötter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsk salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 dl vatten, ca 40 grader&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rör ihop alla torra ingredienser, spara lite vetemjöl.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rör ner vatten och tillsätt så mycket mjöl tills du får en tjock gröt. Fördela smeten i 2 sockerkakformar av teflon. Täck med plast och ställ in i kylen över natten.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sätt ugnen på 225 grader och ta ut bröden ur kylen. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen ca 15-20 min. Brukar ha dessa till frukost.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;till ca 15 tekakor:&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;75g smör&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 dl mjölk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;50 g jäst&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tsk salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 msk sirap&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6 dl grahamsmjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6 dl vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 ägg till pensling&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Smält smöret, häll i mjölken och värm till 37 grader. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Smula ner jästen i en skål och häll över spadet. Rör tills jästen är upplöst.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tillsätt sirapen, salt, grahamsmjöl och nästan allt vetemjöl.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Knåda degen smidig, täck med plastfilm och låt jäsa i ca 30 min.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ta upp degen, knåda den lätt. Dela i 3 bitar och kavla ut varje bit till en tunn platta, ca ½ cm tjock. Ta ut runda kakor med ett mått eller skål, 10-12 cm. Lägg på plåt och nagga ytan. Lägg en bakduk över och jäs i 30 min.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Värm ugnen till 225 grader.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Vispa ägget och pensla bröden.
